Re:  Proposed Ordinances 884 and 888: Targeted Residential Picketing
Board meeting January 6, 2009, Agenda Items 3.28 and 3.29 (Supervisor
Stone)

Honorable Chairman and Gentlemen:

The real purpose of the two proposed ordinances is to prevent staff
employed by the Church of Scientology Sea Organization from seeing or
hearing the messages of persons engaged in peaceful First Amendment
protected activity outside the Church of Scientology International
Headquarters and Golden Era Productions facilities at 19625 Highway
79, Gilman Hot Springs, CA 92583. Scientology senior management call
the property “Gold Base” and I shall too. In that regard, I urge you
to do an Internet Google search of “gold base.” The Church’s only need
for urgency is an anticipated public picket of Gold Base on January
24, 2009, and the orders of Scientology’s totalitarian, self-
appointed leader, David Miscavige, that the picket be stopped
irrespective of what doing that costs.

For over a decade, a steady stream of public pickets along the side of
Highway 79 outside Gold Base have contributed to many Church of
Scientology staff members finding a way out of what many ex-members
describe as a forced labor and detention camp where some staff members
have been confined for many years on what Scientology calls the
“Rehabilitation Project Force” or the RPF, and the even more draconian
RPF’s RPF. For example, it has been reported that over the past decade
the number of Gold Base staff has declined from about 1,200 to about
400.  Consequently, for nearly a decade Scientology’s leader has tried
to deter these public protests with contrived arrests, contrived
criminal charges and perjured civil claims. The flavor of some of this
sordid history can be read through a Google search of the terms: hemet
henson corruption. Indeed, an appeal of the travesty of justice in one
of the Henson cases is now pending before the Fourth California
District Court of Appeals. A more recent case involving hogtying by
Scientology security goons, excessive force, false imprisonment and
personal original is now commencing its journey through the criminal
and civil courts.

Gold Base is not an ecclesiastical or fraternal dormitory as
Scientology has argued elsewhere. Gold Base includes the offices and
residences of Scientology’s senior international management staff, the
RPF and RPF’s RPF which many former Gold Base staffers have compared
to Soviet Gulags and Nazi concentration camps (where, ironically, work
would also set the inmates free).

Gold Base also includes the very profitable manufacturing E-Meters (a
form of lie detector), film production and the publishing facility for
Scientology media as well as The Golden Era film studios which are
also understood to be rented to non-Scientology entities from time to
time. The Scientology E-Meters, which cost less than fifty dollars to
manufacture, are sold to Scientologists at prices that range from a
few thousand dollars to nearly thirty thousand dollars. Gold Base is,
in reality, a slave labor camp as illustrated by the enclosed copy of
a September 23, 2008, letter initiating a now pending California Labor
Commission claim against Gold Base. Scientology staffers at Gold Base
sign billion year employment contracts and work 100 hour plus weeks
for about 39 cents per hour.

In addition, as you can read in the enclosed news article called
“Selling Scientology,” many of these so-called life-long religious
volunteers at Gold Base have been physically assaulted by Captain
David Miscavige, the leader of the para-military church and “best
friend” of Scientologist Tom Cruise who himself lobbies political and
governmental officials on behalf of the Scientology enterprise. As you
will also read among the enclosures with this letter, Gold Base
includes fortified facilities complete with an armed sniper
overlooking the City of Hemet.

What happens to all the money from the sale of these E-meters, books,
videos, courses, auditing (counseling) hours, etc.? This is how it has
been recently explained including approximate amounts, percentages,
etc., herein for illustrative purposes only. In 1999, there was a
reporting change in the income system and then again in 2007 there was
another change in connection with reporting book sale revenue.
However, it has been explained that the Church of Scientology now uses
secret Merrill Lynch numbered bank accounts for these monies.
Approximately 50-75% of the money “earned” is deposited into numbered
Merrill Lynch accounts in Los Angeles and Antigua. Apparently, there
are about forty numbered “Pool Accounts” in secret Scientology
accounts with Merrill Lynch in Antigua. After its deposit into these
accounts, the money is then apparently transferred elsewhere offshore.
Almost all of the Scientology money goes through the numbered Merrill
Lynch accounts so that there is no way to trace it. Scientology’s
totalitarian leader, Captain David Miscavige, has absolute power over
the money. There is no accounting to anyone else within the Church of
Scientology International, The Religious Technology Center or
Scientology’s apex corporation the shadowy Church of Spiritual
Technology. Please Google these various entities. Because the 1993
settlement agreement between the United States Internal Revenue
Service (IRS), and the Scientology conglomerate makes the Scientology
enterprise responsible for its own tax compliance, the Church does not
have to worry about the IRS ever seeing the second set of financial
records. Allegedly, the Church of Scientology has largely ignored most
of the requirements of the secret tax agreement that also gives
individual Scientologists, the Churches and Corporations of
Scientology special tax advantages and exemptions that are not
permitted to any other United States taxpayer or church. Google: Sklar
v. IRS.

It has also been alleged that Merrill Lynch itself is infiltrated by
Scientology operatives. The amount of Church of Scientology money that
regularly is moving offshore through the secret numbered Merrill Lynch
bank accounts is apparently in the many tens of millions of dollars.
It is said there are Pool Accounts in Los Angeles, CA. and Clearwater,
FL. Additionally, Bridge Publications Inc., apparently has a numbered
account in Merrill Lynch New York and the International Association of
Scientologists (IAS) has a numbered account at Merrill Lynch in Los
Angeles as well. There are also secret numbered Merrill Lynch accounts
in Europe; for example: Merrill Lynch in London.

In mid April/May 2003, there was a problem in the Church of
Scientology “Incomm” finance system. Many longs hours were required to
provide a proper paper trail to deal with all the money that was just
sitting in the Incomm. “Pool” accounts. There was an “invoice drive”
to create six years of invoices for things that were never received.
This would be false invoicing and apparently Scientology attorney
Kendrick Moxon was extensively involved. It took a good deal of effort
involving a big push to get all of the false invoicing completed by a
certain date. Mr. Moxon was in his office pushing the Incomm staff to
get it done 24/7 to fix “the Flap.” The “shore story” was that there
was lost data and un-transferred data between the old and new Incomm.
systems. It is claimed that about $25 million had to be cleaned up in
this allegedly attorney supervised fraud.

Let’s use the example of a $1,000 course payment paid to a Scientology
Class IV Church or “Org.” Once a week, the Org pays its revenues into
the Church’s electronic “Incomm” finance system where it is
transferred to the Treasury Secretary at the Flag Banking Office. Some
money is retained at Flag for the provision of services. The rest of
the money goes to a “Pool Account” which is a numbered account inside
the Scientology Finance System. The payment itself is also assigned a
number. Donations, invoiced payments and debits are then paid into
different secondary accounts within the numbered Merrill Lynch
accounts.  Returning to our $1,000 course payment example, $500 would
be deposited “on account” into a Services account and the other $500
for an OT package (usually costing many thousands of dollars) into the
“Pool Account.” Of this, 30% would be transferred via Merrill Lynch to
the Religious Technology Center (“RTC”) secret numbered account in Los
Angeles for the various RTC licensing fees [then up to Church of
Spiritual Technology or CST]. The other 70% would also be paid into a
Merrill Lynch numbered account, but transferred offshore to another
numbered Merrill Lynch account in Antigua.

The frequent and numerous Scientology “special events” also provide a
vehicle for pushing money around offshore in numbered accounts. For
example, there may be a M.V. Freewind’s event. Some of the money would
be paid to the Org and transferred into the “Pool Account.” Thirty per
cent of that might be paid to RTC for its license fees. The rest of
the money would be paid to the ship’s account offshore from which
another 30% would be paid to RTC for its license fees. Here we see
that RTC is, in effect, “double dipping.” Thus from a $10,000 payment,
$5,000 would be paid to the Org from which $1, 500 (30%) would be paid
to RTC and $5,000 would be paid offshore to the ship from which about
$1,500 would also be paid to RTC.

There is also a great deal of money flowing into the World Institute
of Scientology Enterprises (“WISE”) every week. Some of the money
stays in the local chapter for operating costs. Most of the money goes
to WISE Int. (International). From WISE Int., (1) a variable amount
(more than 30%; likely 40-50%) goes to RTC; (2) the rest is paid into
the WISE Chapter “Pool Account.” It is used for buying church
buildings and for forming real estate companies to buy buildings (e.g.
Waterfront, Inc., in Hamburg, Germany). Consequently, tax exempt IRS
section 501 (c) (3) religious monies are allegedly being paid into
offshore numbered Merrill Lynch bank accounts and then invested into
various for profit projects and into for profit corporate accounts. It
has been alleged to me that many of these companies (false fronts)
then declare bankruptcy, the documents disappear and on the W.I.S.E.
account books you merely see “company ceased operations.”

All Scientologists must belong to the International Association of
Scientologists (“IAS”) which has multiple levels of very expensive
memberships. Officially the IAS monies are paid to the U.K. but this
is another “Scientology shore [or false] story” for the United States
tax authorities. In fact, IAS monies get bundled and are paid into a
Merrill Lynch Pool numbered bank account, one of about forty different
numbered Merrill Lynch pool accounts maintained by the Church. For
example, there is might be IAS membership drive requiring every Org to
raise $20,000-$30,000. A total of five million dollars is bundled.
Then a certain amount of that bundle is transferred to the Church
accounts in the U.K. The Church then waits until the currency exchange
rate is as high as possible. However, as between IAS [CoS] and Merrill
Lynch there is an agreement that currency exchanges and transfers will
be made at a fixed exchange rate. Allegedly, only the lower rate is
reported to the U.S. IRS. The IAS has a trading account with Merrill
Lynch and Merrill Lynch has one with Travel Ex (on behalf of the
Church of Scientology). Subsequently the difference between the higher
exchange rate and the lower exchange rate is transferred to the
numbered Merrill Lynch accounts in Antigua. The rest of the money [of
say $5 million] from the IAS drive [say $2.5 million] goes to the IAS
goal drive. So the Scientology public is [fraudulently] told that all
the money goes to the U.K. but in reality it is only a small
percentage of what is actually raised. Most of the money has been
transferred to a secret numbered Merrill Lynch offshore bank account
in Antigua (and other favorable havens).

The next step of one of these alleged frauds may well go like this:
IAS might launch a new campaign by the Scientology front-group
Citizen’s Commission for Human Rights (“CCHR”) a group opposed to the
mental health profession. It requires publications and videos which
will be produced by Gold Base at Gilman Hot Springs, CA. For example,
Gold Base might charge the IAS $2 million for the video but the actual
cost to the IAS will be only $1 million. So there is the invoiced
amount and the amount actually paid. Then, say $1 million is paid by
Gold Base to RTC for the use of the LRH copyrights.  The same type of
scheme is used for the book sales by Bridge Publications (BPI).

Other sources of Scientology income are also amendable to this alleged
fraud by the Church. For example, the Scientology “chapel” might be
rented out for cash, say $1,500 per month. This cash all goes into the
“Pool Account” and then to one of the secret Scientology offshore
numbered Merrill Lynch bank accounts in Antigua. Meanwhile, for
operating purposes, the Church of Scientology maintains many local
bank accounts. For example, with Bank of America and Washington
Mutual.

Let me give one recent example to those celebrity opinion leaders who
say the Church of Scientology is a harmless mainstream church that
should be ignored and allowed to go about its business of making
money. Allow me give one example of how insidious and despicably
deceitful, dangerous and deadly this faux church is, even to its own
celebrity members such as Tom Cruise and John Travolta.

In 1987, the Church of Scientology bought the 5,000 ton cruise ship
the M.V. Freewinds. At the time, the Church of Scientology knew that
the ship was riddled with blue asbestos. It said this all over the
plans and they were told that by the engineer in charge of converting
the ship to Scientology use. David Miscavige and the Church of
Scientology intentionally and negligently ignored the warnings. Why?
Because the ship would be used by upper level Scientologists who are
immune to all disease or injury, and because Scientology E-meter
monitored auditing will cure all injuries or illnesses anyway,
including, by way of example, cancer, and since Hubbard never wrote
that asbestos can cause cancer, it cannot be true. In 1991, there was
another reminder that the M.V. Freewinds was a killer ship exposing
its passengers and crew to deadly cancer causing blue asbestos. The
affidavit of Lawrence Woodcraft, the man who advised Miscavige of the
cancer causing blue asbestos was posted on the Internet. Three months
ago, the Scientology killer ship, M.V. Freewinds, was arrested in
Curacao, because of asbestos contamination. Experts say the ship
cannot be fully stripped of the deadly substance. Scientology is
stripping away what asbestos it can, with its slave labor who believe
that Scientology will protect them from asbestosis.

Today, Scientology staff is callously still being exposed to deadly
cancer causing agents. Asbestos is being dangerously dumped in
landfills. This is a public health and safety outrage involving
thousands of people knowingly and intentionally being exposed to
asbestos and the potential of Asbestiosis. Tom Cruise, John Travolta
and all of the other Scientology celebrities have been intentionally,
knowingly and negligently exposed to cancer causing blue asbestos,
which is the very worst sort of asbestos. Scientology has ignored the
problem. Scientology denies it. Scientology is now selling cruises and
Scientology courses on the Freewinds in spite of the asbestos
contamination. This is a public health and safety threat, and a huge
looming public health cost. The Riverside County Supervisors should
not be supporting the Church of Scientology in its attempts to prevent
its staff members at Gold Base from receiving information and regular
monitoring for asbestosis. Suppressing freedom of speech to prevent
Scientology staffers from learning, among other things, of their
potential exposure to deadly blue asbestos is despicable. You should
Google: “Scientology and IRS” and  “Blown for Good” and you should
also read: www.xenu.net/ and www.whyweprotest.net/ and  www.forum.exscn.net/
and http://www.exseaorg.com/ and www.lermanet.com/ and www.whyaretheydead.net/
and www.scientology-kills.org/ , and the many dozens of related web
sites critical of the criminal conduct, human and civil rights
violations, and other abusive conduct of the corporations and churches
of scientology.

I urge each of you vote against the proposed ordinances in any form
that might arguably be applied to limit the proximity of public
protests along the edge of Highway 79 outside the Church of
Scientology’s Gold Base at Gilman Hot Springs near Hemet.

In addition, I urge each of you to introduce and/or support a full,
transparent and public investigation, with public submissions and
public hearings, into any actual unlawful activities, unlawful conduct
or human rights/civil rights/labor rights violations that have
occurred in, and in connection with, the Scientology facilities known
as Gold Base. Remember Jonestown and Waco. Your oaths of office
require nothing less.

        Respectfully,

                                               Graham E. Berry

And Now For Our Host…

December 29, 2008

Not DM?!?!

I just got an email from someone who claims he attended the Scientology New Year’s Event and David Miscavige was missing in action.   Here’s the report:

I went to the New Year’s Event this past Saturday and I have a piece of info for you if you haven’t already heard – Tommy Davis was the MC for the whole event and COB was not there!!! This is extremely unusual as DM normally runs the whole thing every year. This is a first since he became COB and it was the most talked about thing after the event was over. There is a buzz going on amongst Scientologists trying to figure out why he wasn’t there to host the most important event of the year.

Most of the other usual speakers were there to brief about specific areas of the usual cult activities (WISE, ABLE, Narconon, etc.) but again, everyone was a little shocked not to see little Davey there at all. One of my other ex-scientologist friends said he might be doing a tag-along with Tom Cruise during his film promotion but this is not likley… my guess is he is either sick, incapacitated or handling a huge monstrous flap that only he can deal with. It would take something HUGE for him to miss an event like this!

The only other time this has happened was during one of the Maiden Voyage weeks on the Freewinds. After the 2nd day, he just left mid week and Ray Mithoff had to be the MC for the rest of the weeks events. We were told by ship staff that he had to go handle a flap, and it was really hush-hush… We later found out that right around the same time, the criminal charges from the murder of Lisa McPhearson came up.

Anyway, I wanted to let you know so you can pass it on if you wish. I’m not on any message boards or blogs, etc. so you were the first person I thought of to pass it along to. Thanks!

I haven’t seen any word about this elsewhere.  Palace coup?  Bad case of the BT’s?

Billy Sheehan Interview

February 18, 2008

VIDEOTAPED: Sunday February 10, 2008

I met celebrity Scientologist Billy Sheehan at the Anonymous picket in Los Angeles.

Here’s some of the things we talked about:

OT 3

Vistaril in Hubbard at Death

Tragic Death of Elli Perkins

The Trial of Jesse Prince

Scientology Justice System

Fair Game

Bob Minton Harassment Timeline

Operation Snow White

Stipulation of Evidence

Gays in Scientology

Operation Freakout

Altering the Tech

Lisa McPherson

Documents of a Lifetime

UPDATE:

Answers to some questions in the talkback:

I had no idea that he was a celebrity.  I just thought he was a guy named Billy, which of course is still true.  When people on the web started to mention Mr. Big and bass guitar status, I looked him up and found his website.  I’m sorry to say if I stumbled into an old geezer named Mick with the same sign, I would have had to have been told Jagger was the last name.

I brought up XENU and BT just to prove a point that his sign said he was happy and willing to discuss ANYTHING about his religion yet — he can’t.  Scientology has secrets it doesn’t want divulged and members fall in lockstep following the groups order.  I made that point and I believe Billy understood it.

The interview was actually cut short as I raced to shoot some footage of Anonymous in a mass chant, then shortly after had to leave the event because of my health.  I would have gone into things like disconnection and RPF and others abuses had I been able to return and finish.  Billy was nice enough to step into the Subway were I was resting in the air conditioning to shake my hand and say goodbye.

As for the badgering of Billy, I cannot tell others to butt out.  All I could do was try to set an example of keeping the discussion calm and friendly.   Billy seemed to be holding up okay and has sent his thanks for putting the interview up unedited.

Altering the Tech

August 1, 2007

Altering the Tech is a high crime in Scientology, punishable by expulsion (or as it’s known in Scientology, being declared a Suppressive Person.)  So why are current members of Scientology allowing David Miscavige to make huge alterations to Hubbard’s writings once again? They should stand up and demand his removal.

Of course, people in the past who pointed out these alterations were themselves declared SP for daring to speak out. Here’s Greg and Debra Barnes to talk about what they went through in the 90’s.

People in the Freezone have documented many of the changes made by DM over the years since Hubbard died. This series of videos shows some of those changes.

The current alterations are enormous. 18 different Hubbard books have been rewritten. All Scientologists have been ordered to not only make new purchases of the altered books but also turn in their old copies so that they may be pulped. Miscavige plans to destroy all the evidence of his alterations.

Here is an internet post about the big event in Los Angeles where Miscavige made the announcement:

Greetings to all – this is my first post on this board, so in addition to everything else, hello.

I see there is quite a bit of interest on this thread on the new books that have been released, the repercussions thereof, and the various other factors around this “recovery or lost tech”.

I attended the first two MV events at Flag, and below is some data you may find interesting:

The second was the “recovery of lost tech event” with the new release.

All the basic books have been re-re-released, this time with a few previously unreleased congresses (to go along with the new versions of AP&A, DN55 and History of Man for example.) The event goes though showing how MANY alterations exist in nearly every book. The only books that were nearly exempt were EOS, DMSMH (was missing a synopsis, otherwise left as is textually.) and TWTH. Otherwise EVERY other book had major, basic, and significant alteration. You will see at the event – pretty staggering. Entire sections written by others, whole chapters missing, chapters mixed together, different versions of the text mashed together in the same paragraph, non LRH footnotes becoming text, etc.

Blame is laid on the transcriptionists. Oh – by the way many of the basic books were NOT actually written by Ron, they were dictated. Hmmm . . . wonder how that datum was never broadly known.

Now, at this point it is interesting to ask:

If the books were not written by LRH directly, why have we been blatantly misled for 50 years?

EVERY ONE, I do really do mean that, “KNEW” they were written by Ron. Except management knew they were not. Interesting.

Rather than label them as TRANSCRIPTS, they were sold as canonical, verified, fully checked, LRH penned, words from Ron himself, in his own blood.

Well, up until yesterday the basics books were 100% standard tech.

Like everything else in Scn, that has changed. Now they are littered with alterations too numerous to describe, though at least reviewed in a 3+ hour straight briefing, book by book.

Okay – now here is the next obvious point:

Where the hell have RTRC and AVC been?

Possessed of the responsibility to ensure the standardness of Scn, they seemed to have, shall we say, fucked up a bit. ALL the blame is laid on the transcriptionists, proofreaders and typesetters of the 1950s. None accepted by the church since then. Interesting. Even though WE HAD THE MATERIALS THE ENTIRE TIME ! ! ! ! No box of hidden manuscripts was discovered. Nope, it was all there already with the exception of two lectures – even then the Church had them, and just never really verified the materials against them as they pretended to.

As some of you may remember, in the late 1980s and early 1990s ALL the basic books, every one, were republished as being fully on source, VERIFIED AGAINST THE LRH ORIGINALS. I bought them as they were republished during that time. Then in 1991 the new tech vols came out in and 1992(?) the new SHSBC came out. At that Auditors Day event COB said that the tens of thousands of hours had been spent fully verifying the basic books against source originals so that the BC could be re-released. He said that for the first time in history, all of Scn from The Original Thesis to the BC was 100% standard. He was VERY clear on this point.

The 1989 version of the introduction for Dynamic of Life says:

“Recently the original manuscript for this work was located. The text has been meticulously compared to the manuscript to ensure that this edition is a complete rendition of what the author intended for publication.”

Since then RTC has preached again and again how they have ensured everything was 100% standard.

Now COB says that they found the Original manuscript “with LRH’s hand written notes and edits”. Note we already had it apparently in archives. So the Original that was meticulously compared to in 1989 was the wrong original? And who did that? Transcriptionists form 1951? Nope – AVC and RTRC.

Oops.

So for TWENTY YEARS the Church has sold these alter-ised books and claimed they were fully verified.

And now they want Scientologists to buy them all again for $450 for the books only or $3000 for the books and lectures both. And add another $1500 for the new “Book and Lecture” course package (where you do courses on them all.) Total = $4,500 for all the new materials and courses on them.

No credit of course for the ones we already bought before. Even ISE and SOS – both released just a few years ago, nope – you get to buy them again. SOS has over 3,000 punctuation errors it turns out. Do you get a credit for EITHER of the two “new” versions of these books, nope.

Now, consider this:

Ron never noticed:

So when teaching the SHSBC in the mid 60’s and Class VIII course in ’68 and having people study the basic books Ron failed to notice the degree of gross alteration that already existed at the time? And for the next 30 – 35 years, Ron never realized the books were completely riddled with alterations?

Preservation of the tech:

The basic books were etched into stainless steel plates, special archival books, etc. Millions were spent. Of course they were good to go to put them into this permanent form as RTC HAD VERIFIED THEM AS COMPLETELY STANDARD AGAINST THE ORIGINALS.

LRH books to libraries:

Basic books put into libraries around the world. Needs to be redone. Again.

Senseless word-clearing:

Endless thousands of hours of students “clearing their m/u’s” in the alter-ised TRANSCRIPTS – thinking they were written by Ron. Doing this until they “cogged” and came into agreement with the alter-is, or just quietly nodded in “agreement”.

Release of BC in 1992 :

Covered above. The whole point was that Scientology was now 100% standard and so it COULD be released again.

Leather bound editions:

Now utterly worthless. Cost thousands.

No credit given for old alter-ised versions

Even though they were sold to you as 100% source verified, sorry. Buy them again.

Org / Mission Book stocks:

Orgs have paid tens of thousand for the altered versions they have. Now they must pay $45,000 for the “new ones”. Wait a minute – they already paid for the overt products and now have to pay again? So every Org has to cough this up? And every mission. And field groups too. Why? And the math: 150 orgs + 300 missions at $45,000 each = over $20 MILLION.

Destruction of old versions:

Flag has made it absolutely clear all old versions are to be pulped or “turned in”. Makes it hard for qual to have one copy of every book, every issue, every tape that has ever been issued though. Nope, they will simply fade away like all other “old” materials – to be replaced only by the “new”. Makes it impossible to really track changes of course. Maybe everyone can bring in their old copies so we can have a nice book burning bon fire, dance around it and laugh about how we want to “beam the son of a bitch that did that to us”? COB meant the transcriptionists when he made that event joke. Maybe that’s not the right target.

Every auditor and Scn has been instructed to turn over their old books to be pulped and buy the new ones.

People were getting ready to throw away books that are not even amongst the ones republished such as Child Dn, Notes on the Lectures, Book of Case Remedies – they were in such ecstatic glee they were ready to throw out everything – WITHOUT INSPECTION. Holy crap!

I assure you – there will not be a copy left in any Org Qual Library in the world to compare with (despite this being called for in policy).

Previously written up reports:

Oh yea – how about all the reports previously written up on mistakes / confusions in the books? Heavens, who would dare? They were pure LRH ! ! ! Of course when ever I wrote anything up I was told “We have verified them against the LRH originals.” I wonder what def. of “we” “verified” and “originals” were being used there. Of course, I just had m/us and was told to simply clear them.

Don’t need a dictionary:

In the event COB makes it clear that one need not study with a dictionary as all the definitions one could need are in the glossary. “The student does not need to look them up in the 8 dictionaries”. You could interpret what he said in two ways I guess, but he did say something very much like “the space in front of the student will be clear as they will only have the book itself.” Completely out tech. One person on the new book course at Flag asked the Sup about this and how it violated standard word clearing – the Flag sup replied “Humm, I’ll have to clarify that.” Oh Jesus, you need to ask?

AND GET THIS: The new glossary states:

“This glossary is not meant to take the place of standard language or Dianetics or Scientology dictionaries, which should be referred to for any words, terms or phrases that do not appear below.”

Yep, so if they appear in the glossary you don’t need to clear them in a dictionary and clear to full conceptual understanding. This is how it is being done at Flag.

Original Thesis Subjugated:

Although COB sated in the event a Scn could start with The Original Thesis – he highly encouraged them to start with DMSMH. At Flag public are highly pressured to do DMSMH first. Also, there is not even a new extension course for The Original Thesis.

Humm.. yet THIS is the book Ron states again and again as THE BOOK to know. The Why TRs film basically states we should memorize it.

Now – just skip it really. It contains background data that “just creates questions better answered by DMSMH.”

(Insert eye roll here. . . )

Boasting as to speed of delivery:

Based on the figures given in the event for how fast people were getting through the new books, it was figures like:

50 pages in a course slot for SOS
POW in 4 hours
8-80 in 6 hours

Yea, just like the Golden Age of Tech courses are faster than ever, I am sure.

Seriously – these figures are insane – and why boast of them anyway?

Summary of the new books, their history and new revisions could be stated by the equation:

8-8008

“The attainment of complete impunity by the reduction of one’s own responsibility and the increase of the apparent no responsibility of transcriptionists to infinity”

So, in case you have been wondering what the “word from the inside” is, I hope that satisfies your curiosity.

Hello again to all, and I look forward to participating in this forum more.

Cheers,

And here is a follow-up report posted yesterday:

This is what happening with the Orgs right now. Now that the event is over the next step is make the Orgs pay for the lies that DM has been spreading out there and this is the scene.

They have been having events which have cost the Orgs and Missions a lot of money and apparently it’s pretty much run them dry financially.

Of course each Org has to pay for for such events and the staff is being sacrificed financially so that David Miscavige can glorify himself.

Since the Church is now republishing every single book LRH ever wrote and they are asking all Scientologists to return every book they have so that they can be recycled.

Every book in every Org or Mission has been already removed from the shelves and are being recycled as well.

In a few short weeks, there isn’t going to be an original LRH book on the planet.

That’s the plan…Nice.

The reason for this? As we all know, according to them, when the books were first published they were dictated by LRH and the transcriptionists misunderstood the words due to low quality sound.

At the time they “were not able to fix this problem” in the ’80s, or ’90s because the technology to decipher the correct wording was not available and it’s available now.

As if in the 80’s we lived in darkness regarding the technology of recording.

So to that; they added that now every single Scientologist, no matter where they are on the Bridge is ordered to read all of LRH’s books again but only the new version.

And they have to do this before they can do their next step on the bridge. The result they say is that they’ll be able to go up the bridge 10 times faster.

Does this make sense? Reading again ALL the books will make them go 10 times faster? Have they lost their minds?

Little Davey is becoming very adept at brainwashing as we can see. And I bet there are goign to be a lot of fools doing exactly what he asks.

In other words, DM wants to truly erradicate, obliterate the original Tech once and for all.

And also wants all the GAT trained auditors who already had altered Tech, to have even more altered tech, of the altered tech…nice.

It looks to me that he is fighting Scientology a lot harder than Psychiatry.

Those pictures that Patty put the other day in the internet from the event where they depict the word psychistrist and a bomb should instead say, ‘Scientology’.

The only thing David forgot is that Ebay cannot be destroyed and inquiring minds will want to know what LRH wrote int he 60’s and the 70’s…will he be able to forbid the sales of the original books??? I
wanna know…

Lagniappe

Stand up, Scientologists!  Refuse to purchase these squirreled books and demand the removal of David Miscavige from his senior post in Scientology.

Happy 4th of July!

July 4, 2007

This seems like as good a time as any to mention how popular these videos have become across the web.  The 4th of July videos are the most viewed of any I have made for XENU TV.

Wherever Dan Murnan, Mark Perkins and Goatee Boy are today, I hope they are having fun…and not running around a pole in the desert.

The Great Debate

June 13, 2007

XENU TV, the leading producer of quality video productions covering the world of Scientology, has extended the offer of a no-holds-barred debate between former Scientologist Tory Christman and the internet poster known as Truth Seeker.  This debate will be videotaped and presented unedited on the internet on XENU TV, YouTube, GoogleVideo and made available for Truth Seeker’s own website.

Tory Christman was a 30 year member of Scientology and valued by the group so much that she appeared in many of their publications including the coffee-table hardcover book, “What is Scientology.”

Since leaving Scientology, she has been a much sought-after guest for newscasts in the U.S. and abroad.  She has appeared on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360, MSNBC, CBS, FOX and the BBC among many others.  Her knowledge of Scientology’s technology and the inner workings of this once mysterious group has helped laypeople understand why many consider Scientology less a religion and more a cult.

Truth Seeker has presented him/herself as the only official critic of Scientology and has urged others to avoid information presented on such widely respected sites as Operating Clambake.   He argues  that these are decoy sites set up by Scientology to ensnare  a person’s private information and thus use it to destroy the websurfer.

Fortunately, I am a well respected journalist with an Emmy to my name and my credibility is impeccable.  Truth Seeker does not list my name in his many posts of covert-Scientologists who pretend to be critics.   I also have the respect of corporate Scientology who do not list me as a dangerous individual on their website, Religious Freedom Watch.

I have, to my knowledge, only one person on this planet who dislikes me and that is Shirley Jean Wilson, but I forgive her for her harsh judgment.

The wide distribution of this debate on video portals such as YouTube and GoogleVideo will ensure that Scientology could not do as Truth Seeker fears and use the video for nefarious ends.

Tory Christman agreed wholeheartedly on June 12th, 2007 to appear for this open and honest debate.  Will you, Truth Seeker agree as well?
