Nashville Newscasts on Assault

A truly shameful reaction from the Spring Hill police department concerning the recent assault on Anonymous.

And here’s a terrfic followup report which shows that Scientology and their hired goons are in a heap of trouble.

  1. Noxat Says:

There was no reason for the security guards to get that violent. I understand it can be easy for police to misunderstand the purpose of the masks, but it seems pretty clear in the video that these protesters were not “looking for trouble.”

  2. nashvilleresident Says:

It WAS NOT the Nashville PD that had the bad response here..it was the Spring Hill PD. Three of the security guards were off-duty Spring Hill PD, and it is their police chief that says that he saw nothing wrong with his officer’s actions. MNPD has always been very respectful, and professional.

  3. nashvilleresident Says:

    Here’s a follow up from Ch 4:

  4. Ironhead Says:

thanks for the followup. interesting that on the permit it said scienCEtology, instead of scientology, I wonder if that was a blunder or if it was done intentionally….shades of the royal scotsman/scotman…catch my drift? scientology didn’t beat up 44 it was scienCEtology, whole other group, case dismised lol.
ok, I know it’s a stretch, but I’ve learned not to put anything past the scilons.

  5. Atrocitus Says:

Omg, Brian Fesler! He’s the director of the Minneapolis Org. We were all wondering where he went to.

Hey Nashville! If you see him, be sure to ask for more banjo!

  6. nashvilleresident Says:

The permits have several errors on them. The street names are wrong ion at least one, the date is wrong on all of them, and then there’s the ‘sciencetology.’

  7. Tom Newton Says:

“The permits have several errors on them. The street names are wrong ion at least one, the date is wrong on all of them, and then there’s the ’sciencetology.’”

None of that matters. The real issue here is activists intentionally generating drama like this in order to lend some sort of legitimacy to their “cause.”

If you don’t know what I am talking about, don’t worry. You soon will. I am personally going to tear your anti-Scientology Racket to shreds.

  8. Anond00d Says:

Get lost Tom. Go be butthurt and full off fail someplace else. Scientology footbullets yet again

  9. celegar Says:

lol. its like toms a 5 year old arguing with the teacher.

dont forget to wipe tom, and eat your vegetables.

  10. 3rdman Says:

You said that last year, last month, last week, yesterday, 1 hour ago to your friends at the OSA. Delivery from the OSA posse = 0. But at least ya’ll has shown you can maintain a working blog.

As it stands, those officers are in huge trouble now. Not only did their employers slack ass’d on the permits, it appears the officers behaved unethically, if private security does have ethics codes. But wait, they’re off-duty officers as well. Now that brings another set of ethics into the picture.

Now thanks to the guards being brutish morons, they just drew negative attention to themselves, their company, and Scientology.

Then there is the lawsuit that can follow. My question is, for whom? The guards? The security company?

  11. Tom Newton Says:

“You said that last year, last month, last week, yesterday, 1 hour ago to your friends at the OSA. Delivery from the OSA posse = 0. But at least ya’ll has shown you can maintain a working blog.”

The activists become nuisances in order to become martyrs. As I have pointed out before, this is a common tactic used by many professional attention-whores/activists.

    Tom Newton

  12. XENU TV Says:

It goes beyond just the security guards and cops being in trouble because as they defend their actions, they will point out just how dangerous Scientology painted Anonymous to be. The cult whipped them into a frenzy and provoked the entire incident.

What the local staff did was try to make things go right so that the visiting DM wouldn’t put them all in the RPF but Scientology’s collective paranoia has turned this into another ongoing footbullet.

Tom can spin all he wants but the tape shows peaceful protesters arriving on the scene and security thugs going overboard with NO authority to do so.

    Reality wins again Tom.

  13. Tom Newton Says:

    Mark,

It was recently revealed that Agent-Orange intended to get arrested as part of a “Master Plan.”

Similarly, it was revealed that Donald “The Angry Gay Pope” Myers intentionally created drama to get the police involved.

And do you recall this little gem?:

“How much do you suppose bail is? Because I’d willingly get arrested.”

Seriously, Mark, you may have fooled a few people here and there, but it won’t last. The truth is getting out there.

I’d suggest you start looking for a new job. Also, let Tory Magoo know that if she’s going to publish her memoirs, she had best do it quickly, before people wake up to what you are really about.

And they will. Mark my words.

    Tom Newton

  14. XENU TV Says:

“It was recently revealed…” Where Tom? In your wet dreams?

And please quote me properly. “I’d be willing to be arrested.”

As the factory workers who remained in their Chicago plant when they lost their jobs, fighting for their benefits, I was willing to risk an unjust arrest.

You’ll notice that even though the deputy saw me commit whatever crime Scientology’s PR lady imagined, the DA said no crime had been committed.

But that’s the real world, Tom, and you know little about that.

  15. qwertyuio Says:

Bear with Tom. He must be under immense pressure from his superiors to do something about the PR flap. That’s certainly not an easy situation for him.

As to the second report, it was just great. Someone at WWP already pointed this out: Without Hayes’ security going crazy there would have been 4 protesters with signs outside of the area of the Scientology event. Look at what happens now.

  16. CrazyDelaney Says:

    @Tom Newton,

Keep the creep flag flying high buddy!😉

  17. Tom Newton Says:

“As the factory workers who remained in their Chicago plant when they lost their jobs, fighting for their benefits, I was willing to risk an unjust arrest.”

Mark, please don’t flatter yourself. What’s with you all? The Angry Gay Pope compares himself to Rosa Parks, you compare yourself to the laid off Chicago factory workers, Anonymous rank and file believe themselves to be vigilantes, yet none of you can get past this one point:

You are not human rights advocates. You are a HATE GROUP:

“A hate group is an organized group or movement that advocates inacceptance, aggresive behavior or physical or verbal attacks towards members of a racial group, religion, gender, sexual orientation.”

    Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_groups

Here are a couple more highlights from the same article:

    1) Since the advent of the Internet, a common tactic by hate groups is the use of Cyberstalking.

    2) …fringe and extreme anti-cult activism resort to tactics that may create a background favorable to extreme manifestations of discrimination and hate against individuals that belong to new religious movements…

..One question Mark Bunker: If the Angry Gay Pope pulls in $7500 a month in donations, how much do YOU earn?

    Tom Newton

  18. Atrocitus Says:

And how much do you earn from your donations, Tommy Boy?

  19. CrazyDelaney Says:

“A hate group is an organized group or movement that advocates inacceptance, aggresive behavior or physical or verbal attacks towards members of a racial group, religion, gender, sexual orientation.”

I haven’t done any of these things personally. I just am in the habit of pointing out that L. Ron Hubbard had as much business presenting himself as an authority on the human mind as I do. Furthermore, I’m concerned with people paying exorbitant amounts of money for Hubbard’s ideas considering I’m hard pressed to think of any original, earth shaking revolutionary ideas the man ever had.

So.. I’m pretty much laughing at the hate group thing, Tom.

As for cyberstalking.. you’ve dropped my dox more times than I can count.

  20. Tom Newton Says:

“So.. I’m pretty much laughing at the hate group thing, Tom.

As for cyberstalking.. you’ve dropped my dox more times than I can count.”

You are a fat liar. Why won’t you admit what we both know : that Anonymous members have been cyber-stalking and posting data on people for over a year now?

You try to HIDE from the groups bad side by pointing your chubby digits at ME, when all I have done has been in retaliation. You are a Nazi Punk.

    see http://img92.imageshack.us/img92/2348/aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaso7.png

    Tom

  21. CrazyDelaney Says:

Calm down, Tom. Nazi punk? No, I’m not a national socialist. Never have been. Fat? I’m getting less so but Tom.. I’d rather be the fattest person in the world than be you.

I haven’t hidden from anything. You’re more anonymous than I am.

  22. CrazyDelaney Says:

By the way.. I’m still laughing at this “Scientologists Are Jews” RPG you’re playing, Tom.

  23. Tom Newton Says:

^Then why can’t you admit that Anonymous cyber-stalks?

Admit it WITHOUT mentioning how evil Scientology is. Keep your response in context. Give it a try. Prove to me that you possess even a modicum of objectivity.

    Tom

  24. CrazyDelaney Says:

I’m not objective. I’m going to pretend I am.

  25. CrazyDelaney Says:

I’m not going to pretend. Typo.

  26. Tom Newton Says:

“I’m not objective. I’m going to pretend I am.”

    Coward. Hate-Group Apologist. Liberal-Fascist.

    Go catch the Swine Flu.

    Tom

  27. CrazyDelaney Says:

    @TomNewton,

Another thing.. if you’re retaliating to cyberstalking with cyberstalking of your own then that is wrong as well. Two wrongs don’t make a right. You learn that in kindegarten, don’t you?

  28. CrazyDelaney Says:

    “Coward. Hate-Group Apologist. Liberal-Fascist. ”

I’m not a liberal in the modern sense of the term nor am I a fascist but I frankly don’t know why I’m bothering. DELANEY WINS! FLAWLESS VICTORY!

You are a bigot and you are obfuscating what’s going on. Again, you are a Hate Group Apologist.

    TOM WINS! FLAWLESS VICTORY!

  34. anonymous Says:

You know what Tom you are right, we are obfuscating this article a bit. we should talk about how Scientology illegally hired security guards to stop a peaceful protest!

    Fix’d

  40. anonymous Says:

First, encyclopedia dramatica is not a fact based anything and the fact you are using it to cite something make me think you are crazy and ignorant.

Secondly, your website is not impartial and does not cite it sources and uses baseless conjecture all of the time.

But let’s get back on topic about illegally hiring security guards shall we?

  41. Relyt Says:

Slander and Libel are pretty exempt on a satirical website. Referencing ED for a serious discussion makes you kind of retarded. You’re just mining for reasons to support your arguments, but all you’re finding is compost.

  42. Xenumania Says:

No matter how you lie and pin it Tom Newton (OSA), the simple fact remains; Co$, whether hiring private security or using their own security, has a well known history of violating people’s rights, using excessive force, and lying. There are MANY videos out there showing exactly that.

In NO video, did I see ANY action by a protester that warranted a use of force or arrest.

The $cientology cult creates zealots. When the $cientology cult is nears it’s end, who knows how far these zealots will go. Look at Jonestown, WACO, Heavens Gate, etc.

  43. Nashville Anon Says:

I have to say that I really am enjoying watching Tom get his boxers in a bunch. His rants are becoming less coherent by the day and now he is so completely out of ammo that he has resorted to the tactics of a disgruntled 5th grader. I fully anticipate a “No You” post from him next. It would be as factual and educational as his others and certainly more intellectual.

You never disappoint Tom. Oh wait, he took his football and went home didn’t he?

Thanks for covering this Mark. Nashville anons appreciate it!

  44. Tommy gun Says:

The only liar are you Tom!

  45. Ubernon Says:

So, you describe Anonymous as a hate group eh? You describe a hate group as:

“An organized group or movement that advocates inacceptance, aggresive behavior or physical or verbal attacks towards members of a racial group, religion, gender, sexual orientation.”

Upon further research, it appears that Scientology ticks every single one of those boxes.

Inacceptance: Your attitude towards “Wogs”, Psychiatry and Anonymous.

Aggressive behaviour, physical and verbal attacks: Fair game, intimmidation and the recent assault in Clearwater by a Scientologist and many past incidents at Anonymous protests. Youtube it.

Towards a racial group: Hubbard was a shocking racist and Scientology treats everything he says as gospel. There are recordings of him speaking out against blacks and asians. Youtube it.

Towards a religion: OTIII lectures, detailing the R2 implant story.

Towards a gender: Well, I suppose Scientology wouldn’t alienate 50% of the worlds population. The aim is to make as MUCH money as possible.

Towards a sexual orientation: Scientology teaches that homosexuality is out-ethics and gays are automatically put at 1.3 on the tone scale.

Therefore, Scientology is a hate group.

Tom Newton, you are the posterboy for a hate group.

FOR SHAME! TOM NEWTON, THE MAIN OSA TROLL ON THE INTERNETS IS A HATE ADVOCATE!

Oh, P.S. Tom, go eat a dick, you HATE MONGERER!

  46. El Diablo Says:

I lol’ed so hard because of the people who decided to join anonymous based on “Tom’s” insane paranoid ramblings.

Some anon’s lament that “Tom Newton” is an unwanted distraction from the important stuff…but wow…he’s actually redeemed himself by ACTIVELY driving people towards the anonymous collective. It’s almost like he WANTS to fail! And I, for one, hope he never stops!😀

  47. Bob Says:

After researching Scientology I have to say I’m completely creeped out. How can such an obvious scam operate out in the open like that?

And I find it funny that the only scientologist on this board is ranting instead of trying to educate. But that’s the truth of Scientology, isn’t it? Instead of grow, learn, and to be a part of humanity… it’s attack, attack, attack.

Tom, the truth is coming out. The truth about the pyramid scam known as scientology.

  48. Xenumania Says:

I hear ya Bob….everyone asks those same questions at one time or another. The Scientology scam is deep rooted. It has existed for 59 years and they have used all that time to learn how to protect themselves from the legal system. In fact, they mastered the art of manipulation and lying and use the legal system to their advantage.

It is shameful that the government and federal law enforcement agencies refuse to protect citizens from this obvious criminal enterprise.

  49. Treetale Says:

    Tom Newton-
If you wish to make sound and persuasive arguments your going to have to work on your sources. Have you taken any formal college classes pertaining to the art of the argument (aka. debate)
First note: Ad Hominem Abusive. Your not the only one guilty of this, it seems when a person feels inadequate with their burden of proof he or she will often resort to telling the another person off. It makes you sound foolish and childish.
Second note: Use reputable sources to support your arguments (as sad as they might be. Wikipedia doesn’t count, anyone can write what they want on wikipedia. Yes it is slightly monitored but it’s academically unreliable. The other sites you’ve posted as “proof”? Come on man, seriously? These sites are extremely bias.
I will conclude with saying that I don’t hate anybody, not you, not D.M., nor any other scientologist. You’ve been misled, it’s very apparent, anonymous is against the “church” of scientology. Relate it to hating psychiatry, you don’t hate psychiatrists do you? How could you tell right? Do they have bit red dots on their heads so you know to stay away? It stands to reason then that you could accidentally befriend (even if temporarily)a psychiatrists. And if you do then you’re the fascist (broadly, a tendency toward or support of a strongly authoritarian or dictatorial control of government or other organizations; – often used pejoratively in this sense.) http://www.webster-dictionary.net/definition/fascism

    GET OUT OF SCIENTOLOGY!
    THEY LIE TO YOU!
    THEY CAN/HAVE HURT YOU!
WE WANT TO HELP YOU LEAVE!

  50. V Says:

    Mark,
Thank you. You alway show a fair and balanced view on the subject of Scientology management. I appreciate the fact that you have never attacked the beliefs of the “religion”.

Personally, I think old LRH had a couple of good ideas. The layout of the dynamics into 8 segments, I can see a little truth in that. Do I feel he stole a lot of basic fundamentals from other main steam religions, hell yeah. The Ten Commandments, those are my daily basics. You live life by those and you are pretty much golden. Those are FREE, no cost to you or me!

I would like to address Tom Newton, or Agent Cooper from the Matrix as it seems that OSA has assumed Tom’s monicker. Lighten up Francis, your rhetoric
is getting long in the tooth. You run a hate blog. I compare you with the Westboro Baptists. You are full of hate and doing nothing positive for your message.

  51. Xchidna Says:

Amazing. Simply amazing what Nashville’s scilons are capable of when Miscarriage is in town.

Wonder if Chicago’s would be less fail if he came by. I mean, hell, Mr. Beardm’n saw it personally, they didn’t even send anyone over when he was here… and we were right up the street! Fifteen-minute bus ride for $2 and they’re there.

…though maybe that’s why they didn’t come. $2’s too expensive when you’re trying to clear the planet, and your only other option is a half hour walk.

  52. nashvilleresident Says:

Update: The charges against 44 have been dropped as we expected they would be, since they were trumped up anyway.

    Huzzah!

  53. Matt Says:

The thing that bothers me the most about what Tom does on the internet for $cientology is that he thinks that its working and that it helps scilons and hurts anon. Its one thing for us to have an honest open debate in the comments section of blogs where we point out each others argument back and forth trying to convince the other that we are right and the other is wrong. But what Tom does is truly pointless and actually counter productive to the aims of $cientology. He hurts their already damaged image by constantly failing to win the argument in front of potential scilons or anons or regular public who might be on the fence. When he is proven wrong by anonymous members time and again his response is in effect “I’m wrong and I have no proof to counter their argument. What can I do when they have clear and obvious dox and I don’t have any dox or proof to counter with.” So what does he do? He ignores the obvious correct statements or videos and dissects something from the video or article and twist and manipulate it and change the story to fit his argument. Maybe he throws something in from another page maybe ED or maybe he takes something old and repackages it differently and says its new. The same old allegations are falling on deaf ears since he can’t prove what he’s saying as fact and everyone eventually figures out its just his opinion and anything he says should be disregarded. His response to this will probably be the same waste of time he’s been participating in for the last year but I say hey let him help us by making all scilons look crazy and racist and not able to think clearly and for themselves and has to do what ever his silicon handles say. Tom will try to link everyone and everything into a simple package like anon are pedo’s by taking some dumb twisted comment from ED and say all anonymous is just ED and everything is linked because some anions go to that site. How stupid. Everyone can see through this. Everyone can see Tom for what he is and what he does. How pathetic that Tom’s “religion” has him serving them by doing this stupid shit on the internet and always loosing the battle between fact and opinion. Is this what $cientology is all about? Tom what are you doing this for? Why look stupid and waste your time. Your only one man, anon is an army. How can you thin you could ever even try to keep up. Like if I offered the fair game argument and said that I can physically hand you court papers from several old scilon cases proving fair game exists and you will still say that it does not exist and those papers with a government seal are fake and part of the extremely lucrative “anti-$cientology racket”. TOM’S REAL NAME IS……. THOMAS “FAIR” GAME the III. I got more to say but its pissing me off how much time I’m wasting on this turd so I’m gonna stop proving how pointless Tom’s comments really are and how ineffective a strategy like the one he is using since he’s so outnumbered and has nothing but opinion and when someone who is not anon asks for real proof of wrongdoing they never get any and right their his total ineptitude lost another one to our side.

  54. mikethemarcabian Says:

Tom called someone a “punk”. That phrase is so stuck in the 80’s. Tommy boy is giving his age away. Didn’t the scilons use that phrase in South Park too? Mmmm… someones might be watching telly instead of working the tech.

  55. piginthecity Says:

Here’s hoping that those “security” thugs get hung out to dry in the courts.

It shows what can happen when there’s a poisonous combination of the vicious, paranoid cult which is Scientology, with all its money hires some unintelligent and violent goons who simply want to hurt people in the pretence of ‘keeping order’.

Ideally the “church” would also be prosecuted for incitement or conspiracy charges along with those moronic security guards themselves.

With hindsight, though, we can ask whether the masks were a mistake. They may, on one level be a joke, but they do give ammunition to the Scilons to paint peaceful members of the public as terrorists and a threat.

  56. “With hindsight, though, we can ask whether the masks were a mistake. They may, on one level be a joke, but they do give ammunition to the Scilons to paint peaceful members of the public as terrorists and a threat.”

The masks are part of the terrorists uniform, dummy. Do you know anything about mass psychology? What about history?

  57. “Here’s hoping that those “security” thugs get hung out to dry in the courts.”

More Anonymous members have been caught acting like thugs than security guards.

How many Scientology security guards have been arrested versus Anonymous members?

    ZERO.

    Anonymous members ELEVEN.

  58. piginthecity Says:

    Mr. DoubleThink –

I didn’t post here with the expectation of entering into any dialogue with such as you, but rather to encourage and support those brave people, anonymous and otherwise, who are standing up to that vile cult which has so warped your mind, erased your own personality and, no doubt, taken your money too.

I am afraid that I don’t have the skills to be able to say anything to you which may help, but, as a fellow human being I do fervently hope that you can escape the clutches of these greedy, manipulative and violent people and return to our world, which, while by no means perfect, you would be at least able to make some of your own choices in the pursuit of happiness, not be blinded by fear, and not be the poor puppet of a dead madman.
